Robert's Story
Life
I'm sitting here thinking about my life and the fact that I have packed alot of living into 46 years. Some of these years I would love to forget. For the most part though I would not trade or change anything. This road that I have travled has made me who and what I am.
I grew-up in Philly with my father and Indianapolis with my mother. Not good. As I was entering my 6th grade year my grandparents introduced me to SSVC. In 1969 I entered Scotland and spent the next 6 years until graduation in 1975. One year of college. Bust!
I have been married to my wife Kathy for 22 years. We have 2 great sons. Phillip just turned 21 and Kristopher will turn 18 on July 1st. I also have a beautiful daughter Jennifer to a previous marriage. She is 26 and has blessed me with a handsome grandson that will turn 3 on Audust 8th.

t 15 years. Prior to that I worked at Mack Truck in Hagerstown for 9 years. Prior to that, I forget! That's part of those years. While working for the borough I joined AFSCME. For the last 2 years I have held the office of President of Local 246 and have learned alot about how important the union can be.
We live in Chambersburg and recently purchased a home that was built in 1853. So that is keeping me busy. I stay in close contact with Scotland School. Only living 6 miles away affords me that pleasure. I love attending all the football and basketball games. I have become quite the bleacher offical! Right now I am the president of the Alumni Association, however that will probably change in June. Also I care for the Alumni Park at the School. With the help of a few classmates and my wife Kathy, the park is turning into a beautiful place to visit.
Well that's about it. If you want more you will have to ask.
