Good morning everyone! 11-12-18. Update...Finished a bout with lymphoma. Now there's a wake up call! Everything is good now. Have to get checked the rest of my life (I'll settle for that). Still working in my own fab shop "BULL DURHAM FABRICATIONS" (google it). I'm 67 now, and have contemplated retiring and all that goes with it. Might just die at my shop. retirement is over rated. Still riding bikes every weekend the weather co-operates. Married to my fourth wife. FINALLY found the right one (tough long expensive search). Just living life in Durham, NC. lect back on my time at the academy. Judging by how much trouble I managed to get into, I think it was probably a good thing that I was there instead of public high school. That brings up the other half of that conversation.....would I send my son or daughter to a similar institution? I think not As good as the good times were, there were things I think back on that I'd like to do over again if I could. I suppose anyone would say that about certain parts of their youth. I just had a LOT of it. I think it grew us up faster than the kids back home in public school.
