Before that we lived in Columbia , Maryland for 34 years. tion and policy. College I graduated from Penn State in 1963 and from Duke University School of Law in 1966. Military I was in the Army from 1966 to 1968. After 10 weeks at Fort Benning, Georgia, I spent most of 1967 at Fort Holabird, near Baltimore, Maryland. In 1968 I had a tour of duty as a military intelligence officer with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment in Vietam.
