sophisticated litigation in New York City for several years before returning to Boston in 1974, where I continued to concentrate in trial practice, representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters, including contract, intellectual property, real estate, administrative, personal injury, and criminal defense. Included in my practice is the representation of foreign nationals before American courts. I was also a Special Assistant Attorney General between 1975 and 1980. I have been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and state and federal trial and appellate courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, California, Colorado, Texas and Michigan. I have also been appointed to the panel of Special Masters of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Much of my current practice is devoted to providing expert testimony in legal malpractice cases.
