Robert's Story

Life Through high school, I really enjoyed playing the drums in band (marching, concert, and jazz bands), working in the TV studio (Geek!, Geek!), and hanging around with my friends. I went to Moraine Park in the fall of '80 for computer programming and operations, but dropped out in the second year because my work shift changed to days and the money was too good to give up my job at the time. I also attended Waukesha Tech for two years for electronics. I've worked as a Telecommunications Technician, a Video-Conference Technician, PC/Mac Computer Support Analyst (Helpdesk), and after that job went to India, I've been working in factory settings. in a metal shop in Richfield. Still looking to get back into computers, but everyone seems to want people fresh out of school. Oh well. I got married to a woman I met at Moraine Park, in 1983. We were married for 18 years and we divorced in 2001. These days, I enjoy watching my three kids grow up (Daughter 26 and married, son 25, daughter 13.) and enjoying life in general. I still love music and even played drums in a couple bands since school. They didn't go anywhere, but I enjoyed the experience. Being divorced means life is pretty much open to all sorts of possibilities, and I'm hoping to find someone new to share my life with. I hope life is being good to you!
