Roberta's Story
Life
As of 2007 I have been happily married for 27 years with two great children. After East I attended Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA and graduated with a degree in Print Journalism and Theatre Arts, along with a minor in Philosophy (totally useless in the real world). As I tell people I can act nice to anyone! I have worked for credit unions, Fred Meyer (shades of high school!), schools and am currently doing data entry work.
We live in the Spokane, WA area and have been back in Spokane for 17 years, following stints in Kodiak, Anchorage, Palmer and Phoenix, ...Expand for more
AZ. (Talk about a change! Going from Palmer to Phoenix was quite a culture shock.) My husband works for a Catholic school in Spokane and we are VERY happy to have him working somewhere that he is actually allowed to teach, as opposed to the public schools which have gotten to be more glorified babysitting than anything else.
As I write this I am sitting on the old stomping ground in Anchorage, up to do a craft show with my sister Shelley. It is kind of our annual ritual. I do try to get home once a year, just to take in the beauty of Alaska again, as I do miss it.
