back working in Salem Hospital in 2-07, I am filing for disability now as I can not work. I injured the muscle in my upper back and can not use my right arm well, cant even lift a cup of coffee without pain. With no income or potential income I have been forced to move East to NY to live with my parents-fun at my age!!!!!!
