Life sucks and then you die." He would always say this when I would give him reasons for WHY he could not do something or when things just did not seem to be going his way. He was a great kid and always gave us some of the greates laughs.".

born in Houston Texas but we moved here when I was 5, so really I have been in Quitman all my life. I would not live any other place in the world, unless my grandchildren moved then I think I would have to follow them because I can't hardly breathe without them. I married at the end of my junior year of high school to my high school sweet heart in 1977. I did graduate with my class even though I was told my by many of my teachers I would never finsih and probably end up divorced. We are still married. I did not go on to college, that just was not something I wanted. I am in a very happy place in life. We had 3 wonderful boys, Russell, Travis and Alex. All three born in October. Russell was born with Spina Bifida. Despite his many disabilities he overcame much in his short life of 19 1/2 years, he died in 2000. He had a very full life and was here to give everyone he met some kind of joy in their life. Travis lives in Baton Rouge, LA and is quite happy ( at least that is what he tells me ), he is single and LOOKING!!! Alex is single and the father of 4 of the most beautiful little children in the world, Nicholas , Cooper AKA Boy Plunder, and our little Princess Madalyn Claire, and our newest addition Kaden Ryder. They are our life now.".
