writer (not very good, mind you), a poet, and a journal writer. I'm creative and artistic: I love to sew bags/purses and costumes. I crochet dolls, blankets, bags/purses, and snowballs....FUN to throw around the house! :) I've made jewelry from elaborately beaded Native American style to casual and fun made from shrinky dinks! I draw things ranging from seriously detailed to silly sketches and comic-like.
THESE days, I'm a college student, seeking (to start with, anyways) an AA in Art/Design. I can't be a full-time mom forever....and poverty SUCKS! I hope to take my artistic talents in the computerized direction (animation and/or special affects).
With all that I've been through, and as I look around at the world that me and my kids are stuck living in, I like to think of myself more and more as a human rights advocate. This hard rocker doesn't mean to sound so 'hippie' but, where's the LOVE, people?! So many of the problems in our world are the result of lack of empathy. Like the ol' Got Milk commercial......"Got Feelings"?".
