Robin's Story
Two weeks after I turned 18 I left Blythe. I was married to Henry Powlis and had Eric William in 1976. I was divorced very shorty after Eric was born and moved to Escondido California with my sister Karen. In the early 80's I moved to Fallon Nevada with Eric to live with my Mom and Dad, ug. I then moved to Carson City Nevada and met Jim Padilla the father of my second son, Joseph Edward. We divorced 10 years later and I have lived in Carson City...Expand for more
ever since and worked for the Department of Education for 26 years. Eric just moved to Texas from Carson, he lived just across the street from me. I miss him so much.
So, I'm single again and retired. It's just me and Latte (Border Collie/Austrailian Shepard mix) and Spice (Siemese Cat). Joey has moved in with me after trying to make it on his own, but rent was too high for his pay. So it's just us and we are still here - still hanging on . . .
