Robin's Story
Hi everybody. I've only been to one reunion so you may not remember me. I was pretty quiet in school and was not into sports, pep rallys and cheer leading. I could not wait until the school day was over. My life started after I got home from school. You may remember I married in the summer between 11th and 12th grades. July 1976 and no I was not pregnant. My parents were moving to WV and I was not about to go. I did get pregnant three years later and my husband and I separated two months later. I met the husband I still have now on the day Jim and I separated and where did I wind up going. WV back to mom and dad. the way I met Buck on my third wedding anniversary. Jim and I had a daughter that I named Misty Bleau and last name is Swann. Buck and I had a son one year after we married. We lived in WV in the same house for 25 years raising our children there. After both kids graduated college we moved to Port Orange Florida and have been here for 20 years now. Loving every minute of it. Misty and her husband Jeff lives in Marietta Ga. and my son Josh is living in Manasses Va. He’s now married and I now have a grandson. I was a housewife and volunteer until moving to Florida and have been an activity director working at a resort right on the beach in Ormond Beach Fl. and now retired. That's been my life. I couldn't have asked for a better one.
