Life
I am living in Merritt Island, Florida. My husband and I moved here 9 years ago. My husband works for NASA.
I am still a "Boston" girl but how could I say no to NASA.
I am a personal trainer and owned a women's fitness center that I recently sold. My whole background has been with fitness and fitness management for health clubs.
Personally I have had some struggles with health - I am proud to say I am a 6 year cancer survivor and through my personal training I am reaching out to other's struggling with cancer to be the best they can be during treatment and beyond. orking in hospitality management. His name is Michael and he is the joy of our life.
My Dad passed away in 1997 and my Mom just passed away August 2007 - she had Alzheimer's but she was strong and loved life - so much so that she fought until her last breath on August 9th. She passed with all her children around her in our childhood home. Now the next phase - being an adult orphan - its hard. If you still have your parent's or a parent do not waste the time you have with them.
I think as we get older going back and touching base with our youth is so interesting. One question - why no 30th reunion for the class 0f "76" - did we all loose our spirit? Hope not.
