Let's see. I married Bill Arnold at 19 years old, who graduated Buchtel in 1968. I met him after high school and we got married 5 weeks later. We both went to school and worked, and got our Bachelor degrees. We were married for 6 years when we had our first child in Akron, her name is Allison. 3 years later we had Jeff. Bill started working for General Tire, and worked there for 23 years. Starting in the Chem Lab, he worked his way up to Regional Sales Manager. I was a stay at home mom, whose career ended up being my family. Life was good. I was extremely happily married. Bill was a wonderful husband and dad. Those of you who remember my mom, we were very close to her. We lived (thru promortions)in Akron, Chicago, Portland, OR; Billings Montana, and now Arizona. 1995 at 44. He is still very much missed, and will always be in my heart. My mom died the same year, 5 months later. I don't know how I survived.
My 2 children are awesome, and I have a 17 month old grandson, Nathan. Allison is now almost 28, and Jeff is 25. Allison is happily married, has Nathan, and living in WA state (she is also a teacher). Jeff is here, and doing very well.
I did not want to go back to teaching, so decided to get my Real Estate License, and am very successful. After the trauma in my life, I have learned much, and love life. I have dated alot, but have no desire to remarry. I've been seeing someone for a long time, but don't know how that'll turn out. I'll change my profile if things progress!
