Robin's Story
Hi big world out there. I have traveled the east coast from Bar Harbor and the Arcadia National forest, Maine to The Florida Keys where it all ends. I love to go and do stuff, learn new things and meet new people. I bought points in Bluegreen and have spent time at some amazing condos. For Christmas my kids got a Wii and I love to play the drums on Rock Band 2. I didn't say I was good at it, but I love to try. By profession, I am a dog groomer and can groom most breeds. As a hobby I also breed Airedale terriers and Welsh terriers - the big and little black and tans. Wednesday nights are one of my favorite to relax, I'm off on Thursdays so I can watch Ghost Hunters from 7 till midnight. I'm a die hard Redskins fan. I have a Betty Boop room from which I love to do art work and mess around in Photoshop and Corel Draw with my photos. I have been a photo buff for many years now, and still use 35mm. I know that to not be tech stupid as I grow up, I'll need to convert to a good digital. Every time I decide on one I want, however, they come out with something newer that I think - gee I gotta have that! In the mean time, I'll use my canon elon. I love swimming, hiking, traveling, the beach and lounging around the pool at the Fountains in Orlando. I love the dinner theater plays, especially the knights tournaments. Don't tell anyone, but I am in love with the Green Knight. I met him after the show and told him that I admired his online profile and had read it before I came to visit - and he hugged me really tightly - boy knights are strong! - and he said "You got the real deal now, baby!" So, I have to say that it is the one s...Expand for more
how I recommend everyone to see. If I won the lottery and had more money than I could spend in what is left of my lifetime, I'd build my dream house - log cabin home on several acres of wilderness where my dogs could run free. Then, I'd build a "Party Palace" where anyone could be anyone - a real fantasy type place. It would be the best in town. I don't think I'd keep much money laying around, I'd have to worry too much about people I don't know wanting it and sleeping with a gun under my pillow would be out of the question. I've rambled on and on and if you are still with me, Yeah. I am very different now than then. I was very shy in high school and while I did not have a big net work of friends, my few friends were genuine and real. Once I left high school, I realized that the world is not so scary, well most of the time it's not. After high school when I grew up and was a whole 19 years old, I used to walk my dog, an Airedale named Pepper, up to the Mill Mountain star on Sundays. After I made it to the top - hiked the old road and it is quite a hike if anyone remembers, I'd set about to find someones family reunion and make myself at home! I met lots of nice people that way! They all thought I was someone's cousin or daughter or something. I got a free meal - figured it was ok because they were all eating it, and most of the time my dog got scraps. They'd give her a bowl of water. If anyone was suspicious, they never let on. So, I have to say that since I've "grown" up I'm a lot more outgoing. The only real problem I guess I have is having enough time to do all the things I really enjoy doing. Happy Days Everyone!
