Life
I graduated from Mark morris in 1967. I left just after that for Alaska where I worked as a logger and a house builder. In late August of '67 I went into the Navy. I served for 5 years and 2 months. I was a Sonar Technician on Nuclear Fast Attack submarines. I got out in Sept of '72 and my 1st wife and I went back to her home town of Skagway ,Alaska. I lived there for 12 years working for the White Pass and Yukon Route Railroad as a locomotive engineer. I was divorced in '75 and got remarried to the fine lady I am still married to after 24 years. ogy. The oil industry in Alaska underwent a two year temporary colapse just before I graduated so we moved to Anchorage and I went to work for the Alaska Railroad becoming an Engineer threr also. In 1991 we moved to a small town East of Tacoma Washington. We have been here for 15 years. I work for a Paratransit bus company in King County. I have been a driver and a Field Supervisor and now training to be a Dispatcher. We plan to retire on the Oregon coast around the Tillamook area.
Update: Due to an occupational condition I am now on total disability and live in the Longview area. I spend my time fishing or working in the yard in summer and doing craft and woodworking projects in winter.
