Roger's Story
After graduation in 1971, I attended the U of M and received my BA. Worked as a police officer for 11 yrs, eventually serving as a watch commander for the 1700 to 0300 shift. I returned to the U of M for Medical School and I then served as a M.D. in the United States Navy, getting assigned to a FSSG (Force Surgical Support Group=M*A*S*H for the Marine Corp). commission and worked in a private practice in the twin cities. Married my wonderful wife when I was a cop in Madison, Wisc... now married 47 yrs and have 3 children and 5 granddaughters. God has blessed me and I give Him the glory.... I pray you are all doing well. Finally pulled the pin, officially retiring Dec 31, 2021….. heading south, have a home in Ft Myers, Fl, too darn cold here. Hope to perhaps run into some of you in sunny SW Florida.
