Roger's Story
Attended University of Guelph, BSc in chemistry. Grad school at University of Toronto (MSc 1985, PhD 1990). Worked in dioxin analysis at Ontario Ministry of the Environment in Toronto until 1996. Emigrated to California in 1996 to take faculty position at UC Davis near Sacramento. ids. In 2010 moved to Tallahassee FL to become director of the Translational Science Laboratory at the Florida State University College of Medicine. For many years was heavily involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training, rising funds by competing in marathons and triathlons. I've run seven marathons, including the NYC marathon, which was the most interesting and fun.
