Roger's Story
I don't think too many will remember me, I was in band, played French Horn, Baritone and Baritone Sax. Small engine shop. I had to drop out four months short to join (or get drafted) the Army. Got my GED before the rest of the class graduated. Surprisingly, retired with over 20 years, Had three tours to Korea, Hawaii, Germany, Fort Bragg,North Carolina, Fort Hachuca, Arizona, and my first and last state side assignment and where I retired from, Fort Lewis, Washington. Now called Joint Base Lewis McChord, JBLM, Washington. was a truck driver for a few years. Even went back to school, Clover Park Technica...Expand for more
l Collage, Lakewood/Tacoma, Washington, and got got my Associates in Aviation, and my FAA Airframe and Power-plant License. Worked at Love Field, Dallas, Texas (Southwest Airlines main hub) until "9/11". For those that served in the military will know about MWR. That if the Morale - Welfare - and Recreation Department, at Fort Lewis / JBLM, until I retired from there in Feb., 2014. Have two daughters and two bio and two step grand children.
