Roger's Story
Life
I graduated from The Citadel in 1991 and came back to Columbia. Elizabeth and I started dating that same year. I started working in healthcare in 1992. I have worked at Richland Memorial (prior to their merger with Baptist), Rotech Medical Corporation (DME Company) and Newberry County Memorial Hospital. Vice President of Business Services and in April 2008 was promoted to Vice President. I work with nine revenue cycle departments and operationally oversee two Outpatient Hospitals and four Community Medical Centers. I also served 12 years in the Army National Guard. I resigned my commission in 1999. I was a Combat Engineer officer.
Elizabeth and I have three children (2 girls and 1 boy). Our children are Peyton (15), Addison (12) and Britton (8). We live in Lexington.
