Roland's Story
A professional Performing Artist for roughly 20 years now. Toured and performed all over the world. My favorite place was Amsterdam, Holland. I lived and performed there for almost 4 years!
In addition to performing, I also write & direct. I've written and produced 2 Mainstage shows & 1 children's show. Mainstage: "LOVE MACHINE THE MUSICAL: Celebrating Classic Motown & Soul"(2006/2008/2010) and "DREAMS OF A KING: The Legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr."(2009/2010). 27th, 2009 at the Barn Dinner Theatre in Greensboro, NC. Both mainstage shows will return to the Barn in the Winter & Summer of 2010.
In 2009, I added [to the Nathan Alston Productions family] The NAROSHMI Theatre Company & AND SCENE!. NAROSHMI (nah-roh-sh-mee) serves as to vehicle to create, produce, and tour original works from myself and others.
