Roman's Story
It's been a long time and it seems like it passed by me like a flash of a camera. The 40 year reunion is almost here and what can I write that can encompass so much time in a brief story? Well I doubt many people may remember me, besides those in the soccer club. I played for the team and we won the State match in Tampa that first year. After graduation it was Army, war, return to Miami, briefly Junior College the Med School in Spain. and back to Texas. Started working as a Neonatal-Perinatal Doctor in 1986, still doing that today, Love the babies! Now residing in El Paso, Texas and working in two different States. I miss Florida, but I think I will kick the bucket here. I have tried to Google those people whom I hung out with, and have had partial luck. At any rate, I must say that I miss the Midnight's I would have for lunch at the corner of Flagler and 23rd...mmm...Steppenwolf, Creedence, playing in the juke box...40 years ago!!! Co..!
