Ron's Story

Spent all of K-12 in UP School District; UPE, CJH, and CHS. Went on to get a Bachelors in oceanography and a masters in fisheries at the University of Washington. Spent a 43-yr career in environmental consulting focused on fish passage past all our hydroelectric projects along the west coast and Alaska. Headed the US operations of an international consultating firm while working outta the PNW. Married a lovely young lady from Que...Expand for more
en Anne High School whom I met at UW. We had two daughters; rather late in life. I had cousins my age who were grandparents before we had any kids. Have resided in Woodinville WA (wine country) for the last 30 years. Still mobile, enjoying hiking, biking, skiing and sailing. We sail and crab out of Anacortes, Wa while plying the waters of the San Juan, Gulf and Discovery Islands, As well as Desolation Sound in BC. Life is grand !!
