Ron's Story

Moved away the first time right after graduation to Kansas City. Were I spend nine month's of being a wild child. Even shocked my sister with things I did, lol. Moved back and I was the good little boy I always was. Moved to Macon in 93 and then headed to LA after my grandma died in 94. That was a trip in two ways. One I drive all the way alone and the day I got there was the exact day and time that the Simpson/Goldman murders were happening. Spent Twelve hours in LA and decide that I did not want to stay. Just was not that big of a deal like I thought it would be. Called a friend in Kansas and asked to stay with them tell I found what I wanted to do. Ended up doing a semester at Emporia State University for Commercial Arts. Might have stayed longer, but I went wild again and last my grants. That's where I came to realize I was Bi at that time. Met a great friend that just happened to be HIV+. Protested a preacher there that went to San Francisco to make a scene at a gay men's funeral just because he could. We wanted to represent all of the LGBT community and could not find a Drag Queen so I dressed up as one. Believe me running from a cop in stripper heels and a mini dress is not fun. Hit a few frat parties and even found one gay frat house. Dated a couple pretty much the whole time I was there. So yes people I have had a few girlfriends in the past. Dated a ESU Football player for a short time. Would have been longer, but he didn't want to face who he was at the time. So I broke it off and told him to ...Expand for more
grow up. Went to my first Gay bar why living there. Stayed in KC for a bit with my sister and then worked my way to Columbia through friends that was in 95. Had a break down and spent a week in a hospital. Came out and started to find the life I wanted to have. Made a educated decision to define myself by the sex I fell in love with first. It happened to be a guy so I have been gay from that day on. Had a few wild months there that I was a true bar fly. Dated a bartender at Styx and thanks to his big mouth. I was probably the most popular guy at that bar. He didn't believe in not kissing and telling. With the word out I sent a lot of time on the dance floor there. That's were I leaned that Tequila makes my clothes fly off fast even on a dance floor. I did later fall in love with a great guy so I settled down and moved to Moberly for Ten years. Thought that we would be together tell death, but that was not the case. We moved back in 05 and broke up in 06. Dated a few guys over the next four years, but am single again. I've tried to find that wild side again, but it's still not back yet. Slowly I've learned that I was not the only one from high school that was into both sexes. I might have liked High school more and been a whole lot more friendly to people if they would have said something, lol. Been trying to remedy that with one of them, but they don't seem to get the point. I know they are and I'm interested in getting back in touch. That's all there is to date about me, but the story is always growing.
