Ron's Story
When I attended the entire three Years at Madison, I went under the name of Ronald James Pappas. My Mom had skeletons in the closet, as I was in the 12th grade I learned my mom was married once before. I found out that she was only married to him 6 months. From eastern Washington, the city of Prosser. I had a whole family I never knew about nor met. I found out also, I wasn't Greek the whole Time I was in High School. The Greek Teacher "George Pappas", always asked me, "Ron, are you really Greek, you really don't look it"? I found out also, my name wasn't Ronald James Pappas, Its Alvin James Meredith. a during the Gold Rush. As I leave San Diego, one thing will always hurt, THE CHARGERS leaving our Finest City!!! As Ted (KFMB) Leighner would say, "Curse those Clippers", (for leaving early in the wee morning of S.D., and I hope the Chargers will never have a winning season in L.A., Just like the Clippers!!! I live in Lemon Grove, for the past 13 yrs. Kids went to our rivals, Patrick Henry. My Youngest Son, Paul Meredith was in the state championship for X-County, when he attended there. My sister Margaret Pappas was murdered in Bayside by her 10 years partner. Margaret was six years younger at Madison. Katherine Pappas is 2 yrs, 2 months and 2 days younger than I. She graduated in 1979 or 1980? One last thing, (lol) I found out I belong to one of early first families in the Virginia Colonies. Under the Meador family. (I always had loved history), lol.
