Ron's Story
I left Cincinnati as soon as I could. The day after I graduated from high school I join the Navy to see the world. I studied electronics and wound up in California right in the heart of Silicone Valley. I worked in software engineering for 30 yrs at some of hi-tech companies here. I've been married twice and I am still with my second wife. I still live in California in the San Francisco Bay Area. But I have Cincinnati in my blood, although I would never move back there. Once I retired I started "singing" and writing music. I've released 4 albums and about to release my fifth. Y...Expand for more

It's funny, even though I finally graduated from Withrow, when I think of school I think of the year I was a Taft and all formative years at Porter and Hayes. I never seem to be able to make the downtown reunions. I have a great life here in California and I think I owe it all to growing up in Cincinnati..
Most of us look so different now, that every time I go back to Cincy I wonder if the person I just walked past is someone I know :-) Big hugs to you all.
