Ron Rummell:  

life has been good. I started Rummell Enterprises Inc. in the 80's and it went surprisingly well. I was married in 1987 to Candice Weeks of Shelby Township. We had 3 Children, and have 5 grand children. After 26 years of marriage my wife passed away from cancer on September 21, 2013. I am presently trying to rebuild old friendships, and getting use to the new normal of my life. I have transferred my Business to my son in 2001 and have worked as a consultant in military procurement. Since. Hope all who read this remembers all the good times of the class of '79 and made even better times since. Update: Made a list of all the things that I could Imagine doing and started the list. Piloted an Airplane, Drove all 13 of my family in a motor home I bought down the original Route 66 for it's 90th birthday, Drove Stock cars at MIS, Drove Lamborghini Mercilago full bore , Drove a Ferrari (was not Impressed), Raced a Tesla S (that was awesome). Did Holland tulip Festival, Cherry festival in Traverse city and some kind of celebration on Mackinaw Island. Learned Glass blowing, Started collecting classic convertibles ( they are awesome in the summer), Building my dream garage to house all my toys. Planning trip around New England states this summer, Looking for suggestions for anything else to do. And to all my friends out there who are going on these journeys with me, remember they can't take your memories away from you.
