Ron's Story
College
I started at the U of M, pledged at ATO fraternity. In my second semester I had several knee surguries and never went back to school.
Workplace
I have certainly done a lot in my working life! I've always been self employed or worked at a company that I owned or have been a partner in the ownership team. I started out in the airplane and autobody repair business, then played around in both the real estate and securities business, then ressurected a bankrupt travel and vacation compa...Expand for more
ny (which did not survive), then back into the autobody business, adding mechanical repair, then adding auto racing (operated two NASCAR late model racing teams), eventually owned and operated a chain of auto repair centers, Sparks Computerized Car Care. I sold the auto repair business in 2001 as well as the race teams and retired. I now concentrate on my real estate portfolio and thru real estate have acquired several other businesses. I am the Managing Broker at Rock Solid Realty Minnesota.
