Ron's Story
Life Update:
Awarded B.A. in English in June 2006 from California State University Northridge. Awarded teaching credential in June 2007. Taught English for 3 years at Polytechnic High School in the San Fernando Valley. I just took a job teaching English at Van Nuys High School. I will start this August.
I live in Los Angeles (Studio City), where I have been since 1986.
I have been with my partner, Jon Manzanares, for over 22 years. We were married on June 30, 2008, when California permitted same-sex marriages. Our marriage remains valid even though Proposition 8 passed later that year.
