Ronnie's Story
Life
I am living in East Dallas a few blocks from White Rock Lake, have been married to Denise for 24 years, and have a son who is a junior at UT and a daughter who is a high school senior. I have been in the same line of work as a commercial insurance risk control specialist since graduating from Texas Tech and have been working with my current employer for 20 years, and primarily work out of the home. I lived in Austin and Houston after college and came back to Dallas in 1979. I spend time riding my bike around White Rock, sailing on my boat, reading novels and biographies, drinking black and tan, and watching independent and foreign movies. and kids include backpacking solo in Europe in my late 20's, scuba diving in the Carribean and Mexico, blue-water sailing off the coast of Florida, motorcycle riding in the mountains of Jamaica with my brother, listening to my son deliver the valedictorian speech at high school commencement (his intellect comes from his mom), and coaching my daughter's soccer team for six years and watching her and five teammates being happy enough with the game to go on and play Select. For those of you who knew my family, my mother passed away in July 2006; my dad and sister live in the Dallas area; my brother lives in North Dakota.
