Ronald's Story

Been here in Portland OR since 1994 and retired (of course !) from the business end of health care, having spent a couple of years as a coding/documentation/billing consultant to physicians, hospitals and ancillary groups in almost 30 states, managed coding for a large group of physicians in this area, and started the whole thing at the Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, then off to BC and BS of Delaware, later with Doctors for Emergency Service in Wilmington, Helped build the 60 rank 4 manual pipe organ at Richardson Park Methodist Church, and here in Portland became involved ...Expand for more
with the local theatre pipe organ club (CRTOS.org) as treasurer for 7 years including assisting with the restoration of an organ to go in the local Hollywood Theatre. It is now in regular use and also presents old silent films with organ accompaniment to sold out crowds. Have a lovely home built in 1926 on a quiet Lane of 33 Tudor style houses and we all decorate for Christmas (they started this over 80 years ago) thus foot and vehicle traffic during the lighting period 12/15 thru NY eve. Yes, a gay man, as if you did not know !! -- and married to a great guy since 1992.
