Ronald's Story

After attending DVC and Humboldt State I graduated from Cal Berkeley in 1975. I worked for a small engineering company traveling world wide working on power systems. I retired in 1996 when I had a heart transplant at Stanford. I married Mary Pavletich (in 1975) who I met while while I was working for the City of Berkeley as a Swim Center Manager. was a graduate of Presentation High School and we relocated to Framingham Mass. in 1975 and Joliet Illinois in 1976 and later back to Berkeley in 1978. We bought a home in Union City and had one son, Patrick in 1979. Mary still works while I stay busy with The Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District as a Trustee representing The City of Union City.
