Ronald's Story
I've been living in the Central Rockies (Elk Mountain Range) for the last 30 plus years. I am lucky to be able to ski, hike, and or bike in this special place every day.
I have struggled with Crohns Disease most of my adult life (lots of surgeries), I ate and drank whatever I wanted and would always take the latest pharmaceuticals (Humira etc) for Crohn's. That didn't work so well for me, so ...Expand for more
many years ago I decided to try something different. I switched to a mostly plant-based diet, non-stop exercise, meditation, and quit drinking, I no longer take any pharmaceutical drugs (just take CBD and Vitamin B-12).
Today I am as healthy as I have ever been in my life, I was a slow learner (haha) but I got there.
I am grateful & blessed to be able to live life to the fullest every day.
