More about Ronald:"Working as a Mental Health Tech for troubled teens in a residental psychiatric facility thats also a hospital and a school. I am core staff for the COURAGE Unit that deals specifically with teenage sexual predators and abused teens. I love my career that involves counseling, therapy, and case work. At times I accompany them to court and go to bat for them so they can recieve treatment at our facility as an alternative to jail. I am proud to say that I have helped countless kids rehabilitate and return home or back into the community as productive citizens.".
