Life After graduating from Glendora enlisted in United States Army spent 8 years duty station with the 17th Aviation 101st Airborne with tours on the East Coast and a military duty tour in Southeast Asia. Upon my returning I attended La Verne College class of 74 (BA), Continued on to obtained my (MBA) class of 84. In 1979 was activated from the Army National Guard short tour of duty then called up for additional tours of duty retired 10/15/2002 from the United States Army LTC (05) total years (32 years)active duty (20) Reserve duty (12). My past tours included active duty Desert Shield - Desert Storm 1990/1991. LA riots 1992, Northridge Earthquake 1994. Remained on active duty until my recent tour in Japan 1999. Our recent photo is with my wife Katherine taken upon my returned from overseas duty tour 1999. The past 26 years of reserve/active military duty has been exciting, not to mention stressful on my civilian job. Yet, being a senior level executive my employers continued to support the military effort placed on the National Guard. With the military down sizing the Guard continues to be called upon to play a larger roll in active duty tours all over the world. The United States forces are now all one Army.
