Ronda's Story
I went to school with so many nice people there in Eureka and Arcata. I attended Jacobs Jr. High in the 7th grade, Eureka Jr. High 8th grade, St. Bernards 9th grade, Eureka High and Arcata High 10th grade and in my Jr. year in Arcata I met and Married Carl Crook. That was 47 plus years ago and we have 2 wonderful children,4 grand-children and the newest member of the family was born 16 months ago to our oldest grandson and wife. grew up in the Eureka area and we visit some of our dear friends there at least yearly. After raising our family in the Bay Area, we moved to New Jersey. That was 20 years ago and we are fully acclimated to the East Coast. However,all of our family members are still in the Bay Area,so one day we will make the West Coast area our home again. One last note here, I didn't remain a high school "drop-out". In 1985 I graduated from Cal State Hayward,with a B.A. in Philosophy.
