My Spouse
I was working in a video store in college and Rodney was casually dating a girl I worked with. One day he came in and asked me to help him find a movie, then he asked me out! I had a hard time saying yes since he had gone out with someone I was working with, but I'm glad I did!
My Pets
I have a 10 year old gold and white Shi Tzu named Mondy. He is named after the cyclist Greg Lamond. I also have a 7 month old brown Shi Tzu named Wilma for Wilma Flintstone. Mondy is fat and lazy since he is so old, but he tolerates the puppy biting him on the ears!
My Kids
My son, Mason, just started Kindergarten this year. He is leaning so much and is full of questions. He is getting to learn about our voting process right now. When I told...Expand for more
him I was going to vote, he said "I hope you win!" When I explained that I wasn't running, but would get to help pick the president, he understood. The next morning, he asked if the person I voted for became president. Wish I could answer that one!
My Job
I work as a programmer analyst for Wal-Mart. Our team produces all of the financial statements. I've gotten where all of those big numbers don't scare me any more. Anyway, Wal-Mart is a high-pressure environment where everything has to be done better and faster in order to stay #1. After 10 years, the pressure is getting to me, so I am teaching myself web design. I already have two clients! I love web design so much I want to get enough clients that I can quit Wal-Mart in the next year.
