I am presently retired with 6 children between my husband and myself. I have eight grandchildren. I write stories and poetry some of which have been published. We live in the high desert and love it. I would probably be best remembered by my speaking ability and my academic achievements. I was in the modern dance programs and continued to dance minoring in this field at Cal State. My best friend was Sue McGauley. I was never Miss popularity since my education was my goal. I went to PCC and Cal State LA. I wanted to be a teacher and did just that, teaching in Baldwin Park and Cal State. However, I changed my whole life after a few years of a bitter and abusive marriage and worked for the county and finally as a bookkeeper for over 30 years. I have lived in California all my life and still do, moving from Pasadena to Winnetka, to SanGabriel, and finally with other cities in between ended up in the high desert.
