I dunno if anyone really remembers me. I was very quiet. I drove a beat up blue volvo, and would get teased for driving like 30 mph on the roads into school. I ran track, but always came last. high school.
After CVU, I went to school at McGill University (Montreal), where I graduated with a degree in film. I worked at the National Film Board of Canada, where I made the award-winning documentary "When Shirley Met Florence." I then moved to Chicago for my MFA at Columbia College. For my MFA thesis, I made the film "Voices of Cabrini: Remaking Chicago's Public Housing" which looks at issues of housing, gentrification, and redevelopment. This film is used as a teaching tool and also aired on PBS.
