Ronnie's Story

Life got alot of grown kids, and lots of grand kids. living north of edmond in logan county, still working as a minister part time prison ministry. working full time at Baxter heating and air in Edmond. retired drawing military pension, from army and army national guard. married wonderful wife named debra. I lost her on july 7th 2009, and miss her dearly, but GOD is in my corner. Getting younger each day now that i am 65 i shall count backwards. I often think of my old classmates, and the wonderful years you all gave to me, and the crazy things I did, and wonder how all got along over the years. It is sad but many are gone, just look to Jesus christ and all will be ok .........I am doing fine fat and sassy, healthy and old. I always wanted to be a preacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a nutty idea. As it turns out, they were wrong. when i had a big crush on diane kretlow in the 2nd grade. we went to the school carnival, and got married at the marriage booth this was a clegern. I always wanted to be a military officer when I grew up....Expand for more
My family and friends thought that was a dumb idea. As it turns out, they were wrong. I always wanted to be a soldier when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right. by getting on my knees and looking to the Lord... yes..Jesus Christ The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is brother Ramey, because he would not believe that I finally woke up and became a preacher. I love the sooners, can not wait from year to year. I have a very special little poodle who sleeps under my arm. have them while your young, and patience I share my home with my two dogs, which I find very amuzing. In 10 years, I hope to be in better shape. I'm going to get there by eating right and taking better care of myself.. My first job was at royce cafe, where I got paid .30 an hour to wash dishes.. What I remember most about it is how i learned that was not what i wanted to do for a living. I will always remember, getting my butt busted by Ted Anderson in the boiler room...come on you other guys have been there too.
