Hi!
I am living on Cape Cod. I love being near the ocean, and sand in my shoes. I married a Wakefield firefighter David Akin, and we have been married for 36 years. Our son Rob is married and has 2 kids making me a Nana. Danielle is focusing on her career as an accomplished equestrian.

the Barnstable Public Schools. The system is large with 12 schools, and I have a staff of sixteen.
My photo is at the finish line (with my Shannon) after completing 40 miles in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. I am proud to say I am a survivor-- six years.
