Roslyn's Story
Well you know Life is somethingelse to say the least.......Where to began?? I thought I was in Shaw's first graduate class in 1979.....I took art my first quarter there in my senior year of high school....I switch out to Health Occupation, algebra II, English IV,chemistry,...I got involved with the V.I.C.A. club........I shocked and baffled myself when I found out I was one of the top 10 honor students to graduate in Shaw high school 1979 class....Prior to this I went to Hardaway high for three years. in Columbus, Ga....I did go to College at Tuskegee Institute for 3yrs. , Columbus College for 2yrs. Columbus Technical College while going to Columbus College and went back to Columbus Technical College in 1993 and 2002.........I have had jobs of all trades over the years such as Clerical, sitter, telephone sales, retail, medical, custodial warehous...Expand for more
e packaging, cooking in a snack bar etc.....I have had set-backs and upsets in my life-time....So what"s new about this?????Nothing......I give all the praise, glory, and honor too my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and God almighty and the Holy Scriptures in the Bible....None of that work I did was of no importance......I thank Christ Jesus for the good, bad, and ugly that happened to me because without Him nothng
matters........I turned my life to Christ Jesus in 1982 and repent, confess He is the Son of God, and was buried in the watery grave of baptism for forgiveness and remission of sins.....Life has not been easy...but I am a survivor by the grace of God.......My favorite verse in the Bible is : Trust in the Lord wth all thine heart, Lean not unto thy on understanding, in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path.....Proverbs 3:5-6
