Roxana's Story
Hi.
This is Roxana Williams. I graduated in 1971. When I was in high school, I lived with my grandparents on a farm close to Arvin. My neighbors who were about one mile away, on one side was Bernard Tarver, Sara Villalpando, and the Saboviches, I used to ride the bus to school and most of the time Judy Busby was the fi one on the bus. She used to help me with my makeup or help me to roll up my long skirt to make it a mini. Then I got on and then Bernard. Then we road around until we picked up all the kids in Lamont and back to Arvin High.
On the weekends I spent most of my time with Luther League. I would like to hear from Kathy Meek, Kathy W, Ann W, Bedrnard, Lee, Wendy Reiswig, and my first love Henry Bernal. Anyone in Lutehr League, it was a fun time.

b. Alot of the football players used to cheat off my papers in history and English class.
My grandma , Mrs. Waide, was involved in Camp Fire Girls, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and always was help8ing out the church and kids organizations. Alot of kids from Arvin High probably might remember here.
My uncle Charles Waide graduated ffrom Arvin about 1968 and i remember some of his friends.
I have travelled all over the world. I worked for the welfare department for a long time. Now I am working for myself. I live close to Seattle, WA. I love it here. Nice, clean, fresh, laidback, and liberal. Lots of things to see and do. I would like to meet anyone who lives in my area for a cup of coffee at Starbucks.
My family is still in Kern County. I would like to meet some old classmates when I come there to visit my mom.
