Roxy's Story

Life I graduated from Texas A&M in 1997 with a B.S. in Chemistry. I started working for Pepsi Cola in Arlington, Texas as a Chemist and after 2 1/2 years was recruited by Kraft Foods. I was transfered to Champaign, Illinois and worked as an operations manager for 2 years in the Process Cheese Business....Expand for more
Scott and I go married in Jamaica in Aug of 2002. We are currently living in Springfield, MO where I am working as a Sr. Engineer for Kraft on a major project implementation for the Cheese and Dairy Sector...just relocated to the Memphis area still with Kraft now Quality Manager for Post cereal Plant.
