Roy's Story
Life
I graduated from McKinley HS in 1976. I joined the USAF in August 1976 as a law enforcement specialist. During my career, I was also an instructor, evaluator, and took an early retirement in 1994 when it was offered as part of the reduction in forces. I received my associate's degree in criminal justice while in the service.
Since I retired, I have held jobs with the Union Pacific railroad, with the state of Wyoming as a crime victim advocate/outreach coordinator, and over the last two years, have been working with people with mental/physical disabilities. I received my bachelor's de...Expand for more
gree in social psychology last year (2004).
In May of 2008, I graduated with my master's degree in Adult Education - Instructional Technology. I've been looking for work ever since, but with the economy the way it is today, I haven't been hired on anywhere yet.
My wife and I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming where we have been since 1990. We own some acreage outside of town and used to own horses. Our two daughters have since moved away to college, and "should" graduate next spring.
My hobbies include woodworking, reading, riding ATVs, music, living history reenactments, and riding motorcycles.
