Ruben's Story
Life
After high school I followed the traditional path into college and grad school. I completed my Ed.D. degree in education. I guess that I liked education so much that I started teaching high school and finally landed a position as a full time professor at Mercy college. I have been with the college for 20 years while doing some part time teaching at Brewster High School.
I got married in my 30s and my first daughter wasn't born until I was 40. Better late than never.
Currently, I am married and have 2 daughters.
I have wonderful rememberances of Valhalla. I truly would love to hear from my classmates. GO VIKINGS!

ville school district. School starts next week. My daughter Stephanie is getting married next year, so this will help.
Where does the time go? Man, I sound like my parents.
Go Vikings!
It is now Spring of 2019. I am retired, sort of. I still teach as an adjunct at Mercy College and more importantly, I watch my granddaughter a few days a week.
I hope to see you guys at our reunion, although not sure who I am going to recognize or if anyone will remember me.
It is now May 2021. I now have three grandchildren; two girls and a boy. life is wonderful in spite of the pandemic which I hope is slowly coming to an end. It has changed us all.
I am still teaching at the college but mostly online or hybrid.
I see that we have lost some of our classmates but in my memory they are young men and women getting ready to start life after Valhalla.
