Ruby's Story
Dear Classmates of 1949,
I'm new at this, so here's hoping I'm doing it right.
I've been living in the D.C. area for over 50 years, but I'm still bragging that Granite High is one of the best schools ever--having academically and in other ways prepared us well for the future.
My life has been and still is very happy and very busy. The mirror and the calendar tell me that I'm really old...Expand for more
now, but I don't believe it! How did I get this old so fast? I know my fellow classmates are asking the same question because we are, after all, of the same vintage. However, I still feel as young at heart as when we rushed through those crowded halls at GCHS, trying to get to class on time before the bell rang. I know you do too.
