Ruby's Story
In the words of the late Jerry Garcia, "what a long strange journey it has been."
I find it interesting how many times during a day something from my past will cross my mind. It is also very interesting how different the way that I looked at a particular incident then and how many years and much experience puts a new spin on things. Wish I knew then, what I know now. How differently life would have turned out for me.
I am blessed with a wonderful husband John, two sons, Ben and Tucker, a daughter in law Nikki and the most precious sweet granddaughter, Emily.

own of Crozet. My house sits on a hillside in Mint Springs Valley. Much of my time is taken up with flower gardening and reading about flower gardening.
I don't see as many of the people from school days as I used to. Seems to me that the older I get, the busier I get also.
I have been surprised over the years with how many nights I will dream about high school or people from high school. There is a female who very, very often shows up in my dreams. It is uncanny really.
