Rudy's Story
Life
I've been with my girlfriend now for almost 2 and a half years. We have a house in Phoenix. I met her when I got back from my TDY to Bahrain in 2003. She is active duty Air Force also and teaches kick boxing so I try not to mouth off as much as possible. I am a mechanic by trade and not on air planes. Most people don't seem to think that the Air Force has vehicles. I've been playing guitar for about 5 years now and my other hobby is wood working. I will be putting my motorcycle back on the road when I get home. I still play basketball and run three times a week. Maybe I'll get good at it sometime? Well I haven't made everything happen I wished by now but I am comfortable with who I am. My son made me grow up and I am thankful everyday that he came into my life. Military
In the Middle East again but still living in Phoenix. I was married for about 5 and a half years. Tony Martin said stay away from those Fairfield girls and I should have listened. We had a son and named him Alexander. He is 8 years old and lives in Florida. Couldn't make it to the reunion because of a deployment but wished I could have been there to see everyone. I've spent about 4 and a half years over seas on them and a one year sentence in Korea. If you get the chance to go? Pass. The Air Force has been good for the most part until this Baghdad thing. I've got to see about 22 different countries and hopefully will get an assignment to Italy or Spain next year. Hope this finds everyone doing well and prosperous. Maybe we'll get a chance to run into one another at the next reunion.
