Russ's Story
Life
I became a father in October, 2000 and again in April, 2006.
School
I'm just glad that I survived without going nuts.
College
This is probably the only period of my life that I would like to relive. All the people and events made for a very special and memorable time of my life. I will elaborate later.
Workplace
My broadcasting career went into the crapper in 1991 so from there I decided that transportation might be the way to go. I tried driving school bus, but when 6th, 7th and 8th grade students made me wish I had rope and a cattle prod on board I decided it was best to try so...Expand for more
mething else. In 1992 I drove paratransit buses for School Bus Services, Inc. where I was grossly underpaid and still the only job where I was assaulted. A year later I went to work for TriMet as a bus operator. In 1996 I was promoted to road supervisor and have held that position ever since. Beginning in 2008 I occasionally fill-in as Field Operations Cooridnator. TriMet may not sound as interesting as radio but it sure has been a hell of a lot more lucrative.
I finally decided to ante up and become a "gold member," so I can now receive and respond to your messages! I'm also on Facebook.
