Russ's Story
2/27/2008. My wife Lisa (formerly Lisa Andrews, White River, 1981) and I had a beautiful family of seven children until last year when we felt called to adopt three children from Ethiopia, a six year old girl, and two boys, one who was almost two, and the younger who was only 5 months old. We completed that process in 2007, but also met another little girl while we were in Ethiopia, who has been on our minds ever since. We just decided and began the process to adopt her as well. count is 10, hopefully soon to be eleven, children ranging in age from 21 to 1. One of our sons put together a slide show of the past year with our kids which is displayed on You-tube (search You-Tube for "Ethiopian Adoption", and look for the title "Ethiopian Adoption 'Forever Day'". Lisa also has kept a blog over the past year which describes our experiences. The name is
